SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer FREE Priority USPS shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States. Orders under $200 will have standard shipping charges applied at checkout.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. All free shipping offers apply to US addresses only unless specified otherwise.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, PeptiCor only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Q: How is my order packaged?
A: All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to maintain product integrity during transit. Peptides are shipped in appropriate temperature-controlled packaging to ensure stability.
ORDER TRACKING
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a "Package Shipped" email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the Track my Order.
Q: I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?
A: Tracking emails are typically sent within a few hours of shipment. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@pepticor.com with your order number.
Q: My tracking shows my package is delayed. What should I do?
A: Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days. If your package has not arrived after this time, contact us at support@pepticor.com and we'll investigate.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
